Hadith 61

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، قَالَ: قُبْلَةُ الرَّجُلِ امْرَأَتَهُ، وَجَسُّهَا بِيَدِهِ مِنَ الْمُلَامَسَةِ، فَمَنْ قَبَّلَ امْرَأَتَهُ أَوْ جَسَّهَا بِيَدِهِ فَعَلَيْهِ الْوُضُوءُ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْوُضُوءِ.
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrates that a husband kissing his wife and touching her is considered an act of touching, therefore whoever kisses his wife or touches her, ablution becomes obligatory upon him.
