أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ شِهَابٍ: أَنَّ قَبِيصَةَ بْنَ ذُؤَيْبٍ كَانَ يُحَدِّثُ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَغْمَضَ أَبَا سَلَمَةَ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْجَنَائِزِ.
Qabeesah bin Dhuwaib narrates that the Messenger of Allah ﷺ closed the eyes of Abu Salamah (may Allah be pleased with him) after his death.
