Hadith 541

وَأَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا قَالَتْ: خُسِفَتِ الشَّمْسُ فَصَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَحَكَتْ أَنَّهُ صَلَّى رَكْعَتَيْنِ فِي كُلِّ رَكْعَةٍ رَكْعَتَيْنِ.
Narrated by Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her): She said that when the sun was eclipsed, the Prophet (ﷺ) offered two rak'ahs of prayer and performed two bowings (ruku) in each rak'ah.
