Hadith 481

أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَمْرُو بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ: أَنَّهُ غَدَا مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَوْمَ الْعِيدِ إِلَى الْمُصَلَّى ثُمَّ رَجَعَ إِلَى بَيْتِهِ لَمْ يُصَلِّ قَبْلَ الْعِيدِ وَلَا بَعْدَهُ.
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that on the morning of Eid, he went to the Eid ground with the Prophet (ﷺ), then returned home and did not perform any prayer after nor before.
