أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُتْبَةَ، قَالَ: كُلُّ قَرْيَةٍ فِيهَا أَرْبَعُونَ رَجُلًا فَعَلَيْهِمُ الْجُمُعَةُ. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ إِيجَابِ الْجُمُعَةِ.
It is narrated from Ubaydullah bin Abdullah bin Utbah, he states: In every settlement where there are forty people, Jumu'ah is obligatory upon them.
