Hadith 381

أَخْبَرَنَا مُسْلِمٌ، عَنِ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ مَعْنَاهُ لَا أَدْرِي أَسَمَّى بَنِي أَنْمَارٍ؟ أَوْ قَالَ: صَلَّى فِي سَفَرٍ. [ ص: 342 ] أَخْرَجَ الْأَرْبَعَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ مِنْ كِتَابِ اسْتِقْبَالِ الْقِبْلَةِ، وَالْخَامِسَ وَالسَّادِسَ مِنْ كِتَابِ الرِّسَالَةِ.
Abu Zubair narrates from Jabir bin Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) a hadith similar to the previous one in a marfu’ form, except that he said: "I do not know whether he mentioned the name of Banu Anmar or said that he prayed during a journey."
