أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي أَوَّلِ الْكِتَابِ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ: أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ امْرَأَتَهُ فَاطِمَةَ بِنْتَ الْمُنْذِرِ، تَقُولُ: سَمِعْتُ جَدَّتِي أَسْمَاءَ بِنْتَ أَبِي بَكْرٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ تَقُولُ: سَأَلْتُ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ دَمِ الْحَيْضَةِ، فَذَكَرَ مِثْلَهُ.
Asma bint Abi Bakr (may Allah be pleased with her) narrates: I asked the Prophet ﷺ about menstrual blood, and the rest of the hadith is as in the previous narration.
