Hadith 180

It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) entered the Ka'bah, and with him were Bilal, Usamah, and Uthman bin Talhah (may Allah be pleased with them). Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says: I asked Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him), "What did the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) do inside the Ka'bah?" Bilal (may Allah be pleased with him) replied: "One pillar was on his left side and one on his right side, while three pillars were behind him, and he (ﷺ) performed prayer." Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "At that time, the roof of the House of Allah was supported by six pillars."
