أَخْبَرَنَا إِبْرَاهِيمُ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحُوَيْرِثِ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَرَبَ عَلَى نَصْرَانِيٍّ بِمَكَّةَ، يُقَالُ لَهُ: مَوْهَبٌ، دِينَارًا كُلَّ سَنَةٍ. وَأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ضَرَبَ عَلَى نَصَارَى أَيْلَةَ ثَلَاثَ مِائَةِ دِينَارٍ كُلَّ سَنَةٍ، وَأَنْ يُضِيفُوا مَنْ مَرَّ بِهِمْ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ ثَلَاثًا وَلَا يَغُشُّوا مُسْلِمًا.
It is narrated from Abu Hurairah that the Prophet ﷺ imposed an annual jizya of one dinar on Wahib the Christian in Makkah, and the Prophet ﷺ imposed an annual jizya of 300 dinars on the Christians of Aylah, and (he commanded them) that any Muslim who passed by them should be hosted for three days, and that they should not deceive any Muslim.
