Hadith 1757

أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ مَالِكِ بْنِ أَوْسٍ أَنَّ عُمَرَ قَالَ: مَا أَحَدٌ إِلَّا وَلَهُ فِي هَذَا الْمَالِ حَقٌّ أُعْطِيَهُ أَوْ مُنِعَهُ إِلَّا مَا مَلَكَتْ أَيْمَانُكُمْ.
It is narrated from Malik bin Aws that Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "Everyone has a right to this wealth, whether it has been given to him or withheld from him, except for your slaves."
