أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ عُرْوَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنَّهَا قَالَتْ: لَغْوُ الْيَمِينِ قَوْلُ الْإِنْسَانِ: لَا وَاللَّهِ، وَبَلَى وَاللَّهِ.
Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) narrated that a vain oath is when a person (habitually) says: "No, by Allah!" and "Yes, by Allah!"
