Hadith 1682

أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: مَا رَأَيْتُ أَحَدًا أَكْثَرَ مُشَاوَرَةً لِأَصْحَابِهِ مِنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ. وَقَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ: وَقَالَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى: وَأَمْرُهُمْ شُورَى بَيْنَهُمْ [الشُّورَى: 38] .
It is narrated from Zuhri that Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) said: "I have not seen anyone consult his companions more than the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him)." Imam Shafi'i (may Allah have mercy on him) said: And Allah the Exalted said: "And their affairs are (decided) by mutual consultation among themselves." (__QUR_N__ Ash-Shura: 38)
