أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ: أَنَّهُ قَالَ: عَقْلُ الْعَبْدِ فِي ثَمَنِهِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Musayyib (may Allah have mercy on him), he said: "The blood money (diyah) of a slave is in his price."
