قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فَإِنْ قَالَ قَائِلٌ: مَا الْخَبَرُ بِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى بِالْجَنِينِ عَلَى [ ص: 311 ] الْعَاقِلَةِ؟ قِيلَ: أَخْبَرَنَا الثِّقَةُ، قَالَ الرَّبِيعُ: وَهُوَ يَحْيَى بْنُ حَسَّانٍ، عَنِ اللَّيْثِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيِّبِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ.
Imam Shafi’i, may Allah have mercy on him, said: If someone asks, “How is it regarding the matter in which the Prophet ﷺ gave the ruling of paying blood money for the fetus to the woman?” then it will be said: A trustworthy person has informed us. Al-Rabi’ said: He is Yahya bin Hassan. He narrated from Al-Layth bin Sa’d, who narrated from Ibn Shihab, who narrated from Ibn al-Musayyib, who narrated from Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him.
