أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَهَّابِ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عُبَادَةَ، يَعْنِي: ابْنَ الصَّامِتِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "خُذُوا عَنِّي، خُذُوا عَنِّي، قَدْ جَعَلَ اللَّهُ لَهُنَّ سَبِيلًا، الْبِكْرُ بِالْبِكْرِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَتَغْرِيبُ عَامٍ، وَالثَّيِّبُ بِالثَّيِّبِ جَلْدُ مِائَةٍ وَالرَّجْمُ" .
It is narrated from ‘Ubadah bin Samit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Prophet (ﷺ) said: “Learn from me, learn from me. Allah Almighty has prescribed a way for women. If an unmarried man commits fornication with an unmarried woman, each of them is to receive one hundred lashes and exile for one year. And if a married man and a married woman commit adultery, then one hundred lashes and stoning (to death).”
