Hadith 1504

قَالَ الشَّافِعِيُّ فِي كِتَابِهِ: أَخْبَرَنَا سُفْيَانُ بْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ الصَّعْبِ بْنِ جَثَّامَةَ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: "لَا حِمَى إِلَّا للَّهِ وَرَسُولِهِ" .
It is narrated from Sa'b bin Jaththamah (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no pasture except that it belongs to Allah and His Messenger."
