Hadith 1472

It is narrated from Sa'id bin al-Musayyib, may Allah have mercy on him, that when the Messenger of Allah ﷺ conquered Khaybar, he said to the Jews: "I allow you to stay here on the condition upon which Allah has settled you, that is, the dates will be divided equally between us and you." He said, then the Messenger of Allah ﷺ would send Abdullah bin Rawahah, may Allah be pleased with him, and he would estimate for them and say that the choice of selection is yours, so they would take first.
