أَخْبَرَنَا الشَّافِعِيُّ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ سَالِمٍ، عَنْ مُوسَى بْنِ عُبَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَكْرَهُ بَيْعَ الصُّوفِ عَلَى ظَهْرِ الْغَنَمِ، وَاللَّبَنَ فِي ضُرُوعِ الْغَنَمِ إِلَّا بِكَيْلٍ. أَخْرَجَهُ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْبُيُوعِ.
It is narrated from Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) that he disliked the sale of wool on sheep and the sale of milk in the udders of goats without measuring.
