Hadith 1407

أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ زَيْدِ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ: أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَرْخَصَ لِصَاحِبِ الْعَرِيَّةِ أَنْ يَبِيعَهَا بِخَرْصِهَا.
Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) narrated from Zaid bin Thabit (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) granted concession to the owner of ‘Ariyyah to sell dates by estimation.
