أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُمَا: أَنَّهُ كَانَ يَقُولُ: لِكُلِّ مُطَلَّقَةٍ مُتْعَةٌ إِلَّا الَّتِي يُطَلِّقُهَا وَقَدْ فُرِضَ لَهَا صَدَاقٌ وَلَمْ تُمَسَّ فَحَسْبُهَا مَا فُرِضَ لَهَا.
It is narrated from Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that he used to say: Every divorced woman is entitled to maintenance upon divorce, except for the one whose dowry has been specified and then she is divorced before consummation; for her, only the specified dowry will be counted.
