أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ: أَنَّ عَلِيًّا رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ كَانَ يُوقِفُ الْمُولِي. أَخْرَجَ الْحَدِيثَيْنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الْيَمِينِ مَعَ الشَّاهِدِ، وَإِلَى آخِرِ الثَّامِنِ مِنْ كِتَابِ الصَّدَاقِ وَالْإِيلَاءِ وَهِيَ آخِرُ مَا فِيهِ.
Ja'far bin Muhammad narrated from his father that Ali (may Allah be pleased with him) used to make the one who took an oath of abstinence stand.
