أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الرِّجَالِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أُمِّهِ عَمْرَةَ: أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا دَبَّرَتْ جَارِيَةً لَهَا فَسَحَرَتْهَا، فَاعْتَرَفَتْ بِالسِّحْرِ وَأَمَرَتْ بِهَا عَائِشَةُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهَا أَنْ تُبَاعَ مِنَ الْأَعْرَابِ مِمَّنْ يُسِيءُ مَلَكَتَهَا فَبِيعَتْ. أَخْرَجَ الْخَمْسَةَ الْأَحَادِيثَ، وَقَوْلَ الشَّافِعِيِّ مِنْ كِتَابِ صِفَةِ نَهْيِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَكِتَابِ الْمُدَبَّرِ وَهِيَ جَمِيعُ مَا فِيهِمَا، وَالسَّابِعَ فِي كِتَابِ اخْتِلَافِ مَالِكٍ وَالشَّافِعِيِّ.
It is narrated from Umrah that Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) had a slave girl whom she had made a mudabbir. This slave girl performed magic on her, and then she also confessed to the magic. So Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) ordered regarding her that she should be sold to those villagers who treat their slaves badly, and thus she was sold.
