Hadith 1035

It is narrated from Tawus: He said, I was sitting with Ibn Umar (may Allah be pleased with them) when I heard him say that none of you should return until his last time is spent at the House of Allah (the Ka'bah). So I said, what is with him? Has he not heard what his companions have heard? Then the next year I (Tawus) sat with him again, and I heard him saying: They think that the Prophet ﷺ gave permission to the menstruating woman.
