Hadith 1414
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) say: "It is enough for a man to be sinful that he says about his brother that which is found in him. So whoever says about his brother that which was found in him, then undoubtedly he has backbitten him, and whoever says about him that which was not in him, then undoubtedly he has eaten his (brother's) flesh."
