Sayyiduna Abu Umamah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people! Turn to Allah, Mighty and Majestic. That which is little but sufficient is better than that which is abundant but distracts. O people! Indeed, there are two paths: one is the path of good and the other is the path of evil. So whoever prefers the path of evil over the path of good has surely perished. O people! Protect yourselves from the Fire, even if it be with a piece of a date."
