Hadith 980
980 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ، هِبَةُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْأَمِينُ، أبنا الْمَيْمُونُ بْنُ حَمْزَةَ الْحُسَيْنِيُّ، أبنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْفَرَجِ الرَّافِقِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْمُغِيرَةِ الْمَخْزُومِيُّ، ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، أَخْبَرَنِي عُثْمَانُ بْنُ مِكْتَلٍ، حَدَّثَنِي إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَبَّادِ بْنِ جَارِيَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَأَلَ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ فَقَالَ: سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «إِنَّ مُحَرِّمَ الْحَلَالِ كَمُحَلِّلِ الْحَرَامِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) says that I heard the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) say: "Indeed, the one who makes a lawful thing unlawful is just like the one who makes an unlawful thing lawful."
Hadith 981
981 - أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، أنا الْقَاضِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدُوسٍ، نا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ مُوسَى، نا عَاصِمٌ، نا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ أَبِي ذُبَابٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «مُحَرِّمُ الْحَلَالِ كَمُحَلِّلِ الْحَرَامِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "Whoever makes a lawful thing unlawful is just like the one who makes an unlawful thing lawful."
