Hadith 976
976 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُوسَى السِّمْسَارُ بِدِمَشْقَ، أبنا أَبُو زَيْدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفَرَبْرِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ، ثنا عَبْدُ السَّلَامِ بْنُ مُطَهَّرٍ، أبنا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، عَنْ مَعْنِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْغِفَارِيِّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ الدِّينَ يُسْرٌ، وَلَنْ يُشَادَّ هَذَا الدِّينَ أَحَدٌ إِلَّا غَلَبَهُ، فَسَدِّدُوا وَقَارِبُوا وَاسْتَعِينُوا بِالْغَدْوَةِ وَالرَّوْحَةِ وَشَيْءٍ مِنَ الدُّلْجَةِ»
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "Indeed, the religion is easy, and whoever makes the religion too hard upon himself, it will overpower him. So remain steadfast, be moderate, and seek help (in worship) in the morning, evening, and a part of the night."
