Hadith 915
915 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ، أبنا ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثنا الزَّعْفَرَانِيُّ، ثنا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْأَزْرَقُ، عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا تَزَالُ نَفْسُ الرَّجُلِ مُعَلَّقَةً بِدَيْنِهِ حَتَّى يُقْضَى عَنْهُ»
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "A servant's soul remains suspended because of his debt until it is paid off on his behalf."
