Hadith 913
913 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمُعَدِّلُ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ، جَعْفَرُ بْنُ أَبِي عُثْمَانَ الطَّيَالِسِيُّ، ثنا عَمْرُو بْنُ مَرْزُوقٍ، أبنا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ أَبِي الرَّبِيعِ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ الْخَطَّابِ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ: «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي عَلَى الْحَقِّ ظَاهِرِينَ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Umar bin Khattab (may Allah be pleased with him) that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "A group from my Ummah will always remain dominant upon the truth until Allah's decision comes."
Hadith 914
914 - وأنا أَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ أَبِي الْكِرَامٍ، نَا الشَّرِيفُ أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ طَاهِرٍ الْحُسَيْنِيُّ الْمَعْرُوفُ بِمُسْلِمٍ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نا عَبْدُ الْحَمِيدِ هُوَ ابْنُ صُبَيْحٍ، نا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي أَسْمَاءَ، عَنْ ثَوْبَانَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا تَزَالُ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْ أُمَّتِي ظَاهِرِينَ عَلَى الْحَقِّ، لَا يَضُرُّهُمْ مَنْ خَذَلَهُمْ حَتَّى يَأْتِيَ أَمْرُ اللَّهِ»
Sayyiduna Thawban (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A group from my Ummah will always remain dominant upon the truth; those who oppose them will not be able to harm them in any way, until Allah’s decision comes.”
