Hadith 893
893 - أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْمِسْوَرِ، ثنا الْمِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ، قَالَ: ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَيَّاشٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ عَجْلَانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ سِيرِينَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَسْتَكْمِلُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَقِيقَةَ الْإِيمَانِ حَتَّى يَخْزُنَ لِسَانَهُ»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "None of you can perfect the reality of faith until he controls his tongue."
