Hadith 877
877 - أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ مِسْوَرٍ ثَنَا مِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ، ثنا نُعَيْمُ بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، ثنا ابْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، أبنا يَحْيَى بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يُرَوِّعَ مُسْلِمًا»
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "It is not lawful for any Muslim to frighten another Muslim."
Hadith 878
878 - أنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ، نا أَبُو سَعِيدٍ، أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ الْأَعْرَابِيُّ، نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، نا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، عَنِ الْأَعْمَشِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي لَيْلَى، نا أَصْحَابُ مُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُمْ كَانُوا يَسِيرُونَ مَعَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَنَامَ رَجُلٌ مِنْهُمْ فَانْطَلَقَ بَعْضُهُمْ إِلَى حَبَلٍ مَعَهُ، فَأَخَذَهُ فَفَزِعَ، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «لَا يَحِلُّ لِمُسْلِمٍ أَنْ يُرَوِّعَ مُسْلِمًا»
Abdur Rahman bin Abi Laila narrates that the companions of Muhammad (peace be upon him) told us that indeed they were traveling with the Prophet (peace be upon him) at night. One of them fell asleep, so a person took his rope and went towards him and grabbed him, so he got scared. Then the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "It is not permissible for a Muslim to frighten another Muslim."
Hadith 879
879 - أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مَنْصُورٍ التُّسْتَرِيُّ، أنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْحُرِّ بْنِ سَعْدَانَ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ الْجَارُودِ الرَّقِّيُّ، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ حَرْبٍ الطَّائِيُّ، نا يَعْلَى بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، نا أَبُو عَمْرِو بْنُ الْعَلَاءِ، وَالْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَذَكَرَهُ
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said . . . . . and he narrated this hadith.
