Hadith 848
848 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ أَبِي الْعَبَّاسِ الْبَزَّارُ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادِ بْنِ بِشْرٍ، ثنا أَبُو الْفَضْلِ، جَعْفَرُ بْنُ عَامِرٍ الْبَزَّارُ، ثنا عَفَّانُ، ثنا حَمَّادٌ، ثنا مُغِيرَةُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ الثَّقَفِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «لَا إِيمَانَ لِمَنْ لَا أَمَانَةَ لَهُ، وَلَا دِينَ لِمَنْ لَا عَهْدَ لَهُ»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "He who has no trustworthiness has no faith, and he who does not keep his promise has no religion."
Hadith 849
849 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الْمُعَدِّلُ، أبنا ابْنُ جَامِعٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ، ثنا أَبُو هِلَالٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: قَلَّمَا خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا قَالَ: «لَا إِيمَانَ لِمَنْ لَا أَمَانَةَ لَهُ، وَلَا دِينَ لِمَنْ لَا عَهْدَ لَهُ»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed us, he (peace be upon him) said: "Whoever has no trustworthiness has no faith, and whoever has no covenant has no religion."
Hadith 850
850 - وأنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ، أنا ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، نا أَبُو مُسْلِمٍ الْكَشِّيُّ، وَابْنُ أَبِي الْجَحِيمِ، وَإِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ فَهْمٍ، قَالُوا: نا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ، نا أَبُو هِلَالٍ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ: مَا خَطَبَنَا رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِلَّا قَالَ: «لَا إِيمَانَ لِمَنْ لَا أَمَانَةَ لَهُ»
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) says that whenever the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) addressed us, he (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever has no trustworthiness, has no faith."
