764 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جَامِعٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الرَّبِيعِ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ إِدْرِيسَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَذَكَرَهُ مُخْتَصَرًا
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said... and he narrated it briefly: "When you become angry, remain silent."
