Hadith 619
619 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُوسَى السِّمْسَارُ بِدِمَشْقَ، أبنا أَبُو زَيْدٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمَرْوَزِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الْفَرَبْرِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الْبُخَارِيُّ، ثنا مُوسَى بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ، ثنا أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بُرَيْدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، ثنا أَبُو بُرْدَةَ بْنُ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، كَانَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِذَا جَاءَهُ السَّائِلُ أَوْ طُلِبَتْ إِلَيْهِ حَاجَةٌ قَالَ: «اشْفَعُوا تُؤْجَرُوا، وَيَقْضِي اللَّهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ مَا شَاءَ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that when a petitioner would come to the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) or someone would request a need from him, he (peace be upon him) would say: "Intercede, you will be rewarded, and Allah will decide what He wills through the tongue of His Prophet."
Hadith 620
620 - أنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ رَجَاءٍ الْخَصِيبُ، نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْقَيْسَرَانِيُّ، نا الْخَرَائِطِيُّ، نا عُمَرُ بْنُ شَبَّةَ، نا عُمَرُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ الْمُقَدَّمِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الثَّوْرِيَّ، يُحَدِّثُ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «إِنِّي أُوتَى وَأُسْأَلُ فِي الْحَاجَةِ وَأَنْتُمْ عِنْدِي، فَاشْفَعُوا تُؤْجَرُوا، وَيَقْضِي اللَّهُ عَلَى لِسَانِ نَبِيِّهِ مَا أَحَبَّ»
Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Indeed, a petitioner is brought to me and someone asks me regarding a need, and you are present with me, so intercede (recommend) for him; you will be rewarded, and Allah will decide on the tongue of His Prophet whatever He wills."
Hadith 621
621 - أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ الْمُقْرِئُ، نا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْبَزَّارُ، نا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ سَعِيدٍ الْجَوْهَرِيُّ، نا أَبُو أُسَامَةَ، عَنْ بُرَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ , عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَذَكَرَهُ مُخْتَصَرًا وَفِيهِ: «اشْفَعُوا وَلْتُؤْجَرُوا»
Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), and he mentioned it briefly, and in it is: "Intercede, you will surely be rewarded."
