مَنْ وَلِيَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَأَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا جَعَلَ مَعَهُ وَزِيرًا صَالِحًا فَإِنْ نَسِيَ ذَكَّرَهُ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ أَعَانَهُ
Whoever is given authority over the Muslims and Allah wants good for him, He gives him a righteous advisor; if he forgets, he reminds him, and if he remembers, he helps him

Hadith 542
542 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جَامِعٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي نُعَيْمٍ، ثنا فَرَجُ بْنُ فَضَالَةَ، عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عَمْرَةَ , عَنْ عَائِشَةَ، قَالَتْ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ وَلِيَ شَيْئًا مِنْ أَمْرِ الْمُسْلِمِينَ فَأَرَادَ اللَّهُ بِهِ خَيْرًا جَعَلَ مَعَهُ وَزِيرًا صَالِحًا، فَإِنْ نَسِيَ ذَكَّرَهُ، وَإِنْ ذَكَرَ أَعَانَهُ، وَمَا مِنْ رَجُلٍ مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ أَعْظَمُ أَجْرًا مِنْ وَزِيرٍ صَالِحٍ مَعَ إِمَامٍ يُطِيعُهُ وَيَأْمُرُهُ بِذَاتِ اللَّهِ تَعَالَى»
Lady Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever is made responsible for any matter concerning the Muslims, and Allah intends good for him, He provides him with a righteous minister who reminds him when he forgets and helps him when he remembers. And among the Muslims, there is no one with a greater reward than a righteous minister who, while being with a ruler, obeys him and also commands him with the commands of Allah, the Exalted."
