مَنْ أَكَلَ مَا يَسْقُطُ مِنَ الْخِوَانِ عُوفِيَ مِنَ الْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَالْبَرَصِ وَوَلَدُهُ وَوَلَدُ وَلَدِهِ
Whoever eats what falls from the table will be protected from madness, leprosy, and vitiligo, and so will his children and grandchildren

Hadith 533
533 - أنا هِبَةُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي غَسَّانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ الْمُنْذِرِ الْبَزَّازُ، أنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ رَشِيقٍ، أنا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ دُحَيْمٌ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْوَلِيدِ بْنِ أَبَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَتْنِي زَيْنَبُ بِنْتُ سُلَيْمَانَ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْمُطَّلِبِ، قَالَتْ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، عَنْ جَدِّي , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَكَلَ مَا يَسْقُطُ مِنَ الْخِوَانِ عُوفِيَ مِنَ الْجُنُونِ وَالْجُذَامِ وَالْبَرَصِ وَوَلَدُهُ وَوَلَدُ وَلَدِهِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever eats the pieces of food that have fallen from the dining mat, he, his children, and the children of his children will be protected from leukoderma, leprosy, and insanity."
