Hadiths 401 to 600
مَنْ لَمْ تَنْهَهُ صَلَاتُهُ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ، وَالْمُنْكَرِ لَمْ تَزِدْهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بُعْدًا
Whoever his prayer does not prevent him from indecency and wrongdoing, it only increases him in distance from Allah

Hadith 508
508 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ الْحَسَنُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَنْبَارِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو بَكْرٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ الْمِسْوَرِ ثنا مِقْدَامُ بْنُ دَاوُدَ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مَعْبَدٍ، ثنا هُشَيْمٌ، عَنْ يُونُسَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ لَمْ تَنْهَهُ صَلَاتُهُ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ لَمْ تَزِدْهُ مِنَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بُعْدًا»
Hasan (may Allah have mercy on him) says that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "If a person's prayer does not prevent him from indecency and sin, (then understand that) it has only distanced him further from Allah."
Hadith 509
509 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْحَسَنِ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْجَوَالِيقِيُّ قَالَ: أبنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَضْرَمِيُّ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ طَلْحَةَ أَبُو زَكَرِيَّا الْيَرْبُوعِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، عَنْ لَيْثٍ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ لَمْ تَنْهَهُ صَلَاتُهُ عَنِ الْفَحْشَاءِ وَالْمُنْكَرِ لَمْ يَزْدَدْ بِهَا مِنَ اللَّهِ إِلَّا بُعْدًا»
Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas (may Allah be pleased with them both) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever's prayer does not prevent him from indecency and sin, (then know that) through it he only becomes further from Allah."
