Hadiths 401 to 600
مَنْ أَحْسَنَ صَلَاتَهُ حِينَ يَرَاهُ النَّاسُ، ثُمَّ أَسَاءَهَا حِينَ يَخْلُو فَتِلْكَ اسْتِهَانَةٌ اسْتَهَانَ بِهَا رَبَّهُ
Whoever perfects his prayer when seen by people, but spoils it in private, has belittled his Lord

Hadith 505
505 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ، ثنا أَبُو الْحُسَيْنِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَلِيِّ بْنِ إِسْحَاقَ النَّاقِدُ ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْحَاطِبِيُّ، ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ مُسْهِرٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَجَرِيُّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَحْسَنَ صَلَاتَهُ حِينَ يَرَاهُ النَّاسُ، ثُمَّ أَسَاءَهَا حِينَ يَخْلُو فَتِلْكَ اسْتِهَانَةٌ اسْتَهَانَ بِهَا رَبَّهُ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs his prayer well when people are watching him, then performs it badly when he is alone, this is mockery. With this, he has mocked his Lord."
Hadith 506
506 - أنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الْأَدْفُوِيُّ، أنا أَبُو الطَّيِّبِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ الْحَرِيرِيُّ إِجَازَةً نا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَرِيرٍ الطَّبَرِيُّ نا هَارُونُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْهَمْدَانِيُّ، نا ابْنُ فُضَيْلٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَجَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَحْسَنَ صَلَاتَهُ حِينَ يَرَاهُ النَّاسُ، وَأَسَاءَهَا حِينَ يَخْلُو فَتِلْكَ اسْتِهَانَةٌ اسْتَهَانَ بِهَا رَبَّهُ»

Hadith 507
507 - أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، أنا الْقَاضِي أَبُو الطَّاهِرِ، مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ سُلَيْمَانَ، نا عَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نا أَبِي، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْهَجَرِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ , عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَحْسَنَ الصَّلَاةَ حِينَ يَرَاهُ النَّاسُ، وَأَسَاءَ حَيْثُ يَخْلُو فَهِيَ اسْتِهَانَةٌ يَسْتَهِينُ بِهَا رَبَّهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever performs prayer well when people are watching him, and performs it badly when he is alone, then this is mockery. With this, he has mocked his Lord, the Mighty and Majestic."
