مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ جَارَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ
Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his guest; whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him honor his neighbor; whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day, let him speak good or remain silent

Hadith 467
467 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جَامِعٍ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجٌ، ثنا حَمَّادُ بْنُ سَلَمَةَ، عَنْ عَاصِمِ ابْنِ بَهْدَلَةَ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ جَارَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that indeed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his neighbor, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent."
Hadith 468
468 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ التُّجِيبِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، ثنا سَعْدَانُ بْنُ نَصْرٍ، ثنا سُفْيَانُ، هُوَ ابْنُ عُيَيْنَةَ عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرِ بْنِ مُطْعِمٍ، عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْخُزَاعِيِّ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُحْسِنْ إِلَى جَارِهِ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ»
Sayyiduna Abu Shurayh Khuzai (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should treat his neighbor well, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent.”
Hadith 469
469 - أنا أَبُو ذَرٍّ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدٍ الْهَرَوِيُّ بِمَكَّةَ، أنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ بْنِ حَمُّويَهِ السَّرَخْسِيُّ، بِهَرَاةَ وَأَبُو إِسْحَاقَ إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْمُسْتَمْلِي بِبَلْخَ وَأَبُو الْقَاسِمِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمَكِّيِّ الْكُشْمَيْهِنِيُّ بِهَا قَالُوا: أنا الْفَرَبْرِيُّ، قَالَ: أنا الْبُخَارِيُّ، نا قُتَيْبَةُ، نا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يُؤْذِ جَارَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ»
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent."
Hadith 470
470 - وأنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ، نا ابْنُ الْأَعْرَابِيِّ، نا الصَّاغَانِيُّ، نا أَحْوَصُ بْنُ جَوَّابٍ، نا عَمَّارٌ، عَنْ أَبِي حُصَيْنٍ، عَنْ أَبِي صَالِحٍ , عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلَا يُؤْذِ جَارَهُ»
Sayyiduna Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should not harm his neighbor."
Hadith 471
471 - وأنا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ التُّجِيبِيُّ، نا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ بُهْزَادَ، نا عُبَيْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ سَعِيدِ بْنِ كَثِيرٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي سَعِيدٍ الْمَقْبُرِيِّ , عَنْ أَبِي شُرَيْحٍ الْكَعْبِيِّ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيَقُلْ خَيْرًا أَوْ لِيَصْمُتْ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ جَارَهُ، وَمَنْ كَانَ يُؤْمِنُ بِاللَّهِ وَالْيَوْمِ الْآخِرِ فَلْيُكْرِمْ ضَيْفَهُ جَائِزَتُهُ يَوْمٌ وَلَيْلَةٌ، وَالضِّيَافَةُ ثَلَاثَةٌ أَيَّامٍ، فَمَا كَانَ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ فَهُوَ صَدَقَةٌ وَلَا يَحِلُّ لَهُ أَنْ يَثْوِيَ حَتَّى يُحْرِجَهُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Shurayh Khuza'i, may Allah be pleased with him, that indeed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should speak good or remain silent, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his neighbor, and whoever believes in Allah and the Last Day should honor his guest. His hospitality is for one day and one night, and guest hospitality is for three days; after that, whatever is given is charity. And it is not permissible for any (guest) to stay with his host to the extent that he becomes a burden and hardship for him."
