مَنْ أَلْقَى جِلْبَابَ الْحَيَاءِ فَلَا غِيبَةَ لَهُ
Whoever casts off the cloak of modesty, there is no backbiting against him

Hadith 426
426 - أَخْبَرَنَا هِبَةُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي غَسَّانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، أبنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْجَبَّارِ السُّكَّرِيُّ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ الصَّفَّارُ، قَالَ: ثنا الْعَبَّاسُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ التَّرْقُفِيُّ، ثنا رَوَّادُ بْنُ الْجَرَّاحِ، عَنْ أَبِي سَعْدٍ السَّاعِدِيِّ , عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ أَلْقَى جِلْبَابَ الْحَيَاءِ فَلَا غِيبَةَ لَهُ»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "There is no sin in backbiting the one who has cast aside the cloak of modesty."
Hadith 427
427 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْقُهُسْتَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ عِيسَى بْنُ الْوَزِيرِ عَلِيُّ بْنُ عِيسَى قَالَ: قُرِئَ عَلَى أَبِي عَلِيِّ بْنِ الْعَبَّاسِ الْوَرَّاقِ وَأَنَا، أَسْمَعُ، قِيلَ لَهُ: حَدَّثَكُمُ الْفَضْلُ بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ: ثنا أَبُو عِصَامٍ الْعَسْقَلَانِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو سَعْدٍ يَعْنِي السَّاعِدِيَّ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَهُ
Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) has also narrated a similar report from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) through another chain of transmission... and narrated the hadith in the same manner.
