Hadith 351
351 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ الصَّفَّارُ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جَامِعٍ ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا حَجَّاجُ بْنُ مِنْهَالٍ وَعَاصِمُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالَا: ثنا أَبُو عَقِيلٍ يَحْيَى بْنُ الْمُتَوَكِّلِ حَدَّثَنِي الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ عُبَيْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ سَالِمِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «يَا أَيُّهَا النَّاسُ لَا غِشَّ بَيْنَ الْمُسْلِمِينَ، مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا» وَرَوَاهُ مُسْلِمُ بْنُ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَبَّانَ، عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلِ بْنِ أَبِي صَالِحٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «مَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا، وَمَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "O people! There should be no deception among Muslims. Whoever deceives us is not from us." And Muslim bin Hajjaj has also narrated it with his chain from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever raises a weapon against us is not from us, and whoever deceives us is also not from us."
Hadith 352
352 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ التُّجِيبِيُّ، ثنا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ بْنِ جَامِعٍ السُّكَّرِيُّ، ثنا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، ثنا الْقَعْنَبِيُّ، ثنا ابْنُ أَبِي حَازِمٍ، عَنْ سُهَيْلٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا، وَمَنْ حَمَلَ عَلَيْنَا السِّلَاحَ فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا "
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Hurairah, may Allah be pleased with him, that indeed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Whoever deceives us is not from among us, and whoever raises a weapon against us is also not from among us."
Hadith 353
353 - وأنا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، أَيْضًا، أنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، نا عَلِيُّ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، نا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، نا يُونُسُ بْنُ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، نا أَبُو دَاوُدَ، عَنْ أَبِي الْحَمْرَاءِ، قَالَ: رَأَيْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مَرَّ عَلَى رَجُلٍ وَعِنْدَهُ طَعَامٌ فِي وِعَاءٍ فَنَظَرَ إِلَيْهِ فَقَالَ: «غَشَشْتُهُ، مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا»
Sayyiduna Abu Hamra (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that I saw the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him), he passed by a man who had grain in a container. The Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) looked towards it and said: "You have deceived. Whoever deceives us is not from among us."
Hadith 354
354 - أنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، أنا الْقَاضِي أَبُو طَاهِرٍ، نا الْفَضْلُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ الْجُمَحِيُّ، نا عُثْمَانُ بْنُ الْهَيْثَمِ بْنِ الْجَهْمِ، نا أَبِي، عَنْ عَاصِمٍ، عَنْ زِرٍّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «مَنْ غَشَّنَا فَلَيْسَ مِنَّا، وَالْمَكْرُ وَالْخِدَاعُ فِي النَّارِ»
Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "Whoever deceives us is not from among us, and the one who practices trickery, fraud, and deceit is in the Fire."
