264 - أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ التُّجِيبِيُّ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ زِيَادٍ، ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْجَارُودِ، ثنا أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ ضِرَارُ بْنُ صُرَدٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، عَنْ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَبِي حُرَّةَ، عَنْ عَمِّهِ حَكِيمِ بْنِ أَبِي حُرَّةَ، عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سِنَّةَ الْأَسْلَمِيِّ، صَاحِبِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: «الطَّاعِمُ الشَّاكِرُ لَهُ مِثْلُ أَجْرِ الصَّائِمِ الصَّابِرِ»
The companion of the Prophet (peace be upon him), Sayyiduna Sinan bin Sanah Aslami (may Allah be pleased with him), reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The one who eats food and gives thanks has a reward equal to that of the fasting person who is patient."
