Sayyiduna Abdullah (may Allah be pleased with him) reports that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim; he neither wrongs him nor allows him to be wronged."

It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abdullah bin Umar (may Allah be pleased with them both) that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: “A Muslim is the brother of a Muslim; he does not oppress him nor does he let him be oppressed. And whoever remains engaged in fulfilling the need of his brother, Allah remains engaged in fulfilling his need. And whoever removes any worldly distress from a Muslim, Allah will remove some distress from him on the Day of Resurrection. And whoever conceals the faults of a Muslim, Allah will conceal his faults on the Day of Resurrection.”
