Hadith 106
106 - أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو الْمُقْرِئُ، أبنا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ رَشِيقٍ، ثنا أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ حَفْصٍ الطَّالْقَانِيُّ الْمُرَابِطِيُّ سَنَةَ ثَلَاثٍ وَثَلَاثِ مِائَةٍ، ثنا قُتَيْبَةُ، ثنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سِنَانِ بْنِ سَعْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمُعْتَدِي فِي الصَّدَقَةِ كَمَانِعِهَا»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik, may Allah be pleased with him, that indeed the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The one who takes more than due in zakat is like the one who withholds zakat."
Hadith 107
107 - وَأَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثنا يَعْقُوبُ بْنُ الْمُبَارَكِ، ثنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الْوَارِثِ الْعَسَّالُ، أبنا عِيسَى بْنُ حَمَّادٍ، أبنا اللَّيْثُ، عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سَعْدِ بْنِ سِنَانٍ، عَنْ أَنَسِ بْنِ مَالِكٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الْمُعْتَدِي فِي الصَّدَقَةِ كَمَانِعِهَا»
Sayyiduna Anas bin Malik (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "One who takes more than his due share of zakat is like the one who withholds zakat."
