Hadith 85
85 - أَخْبَرَنَا هِبَةُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي غَسَّانَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، أبنا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا بَكْرُ بْنُ سَهْلٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، أبنا ابْنُ لَهِيعَةَ عَنْ يَزِيدَ بْنِ أَبِي حَبِيبٍ وَعُقَيْلٍ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ جَمِيعًا عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «الشَّاهِدُ يَرَى مَا لَا يَرَى الْغَائِبُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "The person who is present sees what the absent one does not see."
