الْأَمَانَةُ تَجُرُّ الرِّزْقَ، وَالْخِيَانَةُ تَجُرُّ الْفَقْرَ
Trustworthiness brings provision, betrayal brings poverty
Hadith 64
64 - أَخْبَرَنَا الْقَاضِي أَبُو مُحَمَّدٍ عَبْدُ الْكَرِيمِ بْنُ الْمُنْتَصِرِ الْأَشْتِيخَنِيُّ، قَدِمَ عَلَيْنَا مِنْ خُرَاسَانَ، ثنا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ الْحَسَنِ الْبُخَارِيُّ الزَّاهِدُ، ثنا أَبُو حَاتِمٍ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، ثنا أَبُو ذَرٍّ أَحْمَدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنُ مَالِكٍ التِّرْمِذِيُّ بِإِسْنَادِهِ الْمُقَدَّمِ ذِكْرُهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ذَكَرَ ذَلِكَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ الْمُقَدَّمِ ذِكْرُهَا
Abu Hatim Muhammad bin Umar says that Abu Dharr Ahmad bin Abdullah bin Malik Tirmidhi narrated to us with his chain of transmission which has already been mentioned, he said: Indeed, the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said this in his sermon which has already been mentioned... and he narrated this hadith.
