982 - أَخْبَرَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْمَاعِيلَ بْنِ إِبْرَاهِيمَ الْفَارِسِيُّ، أبنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْحَافِظُ، ثنا أَبُو عَمْرٍو عُثْمَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ السَّمَّاكُ بِبَغْدَادَ، ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ جَعْفَرِ بْنِ الزِّبْرِقَانِ، ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحُبَابِ، ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ وَاقِدٍ، ثنا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ أَبِي بُرَيْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «إِنَّ أَحْسَابَ أَهْلِ الدُّنْيَا هَذَا الْمَالُ»
Sayyiduna Buraidah (may Allah be pleased with him) narrates from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) that he said: "Indeed, the lineage of the people of this world is wealth."
