Brief Explanation
Benefit: Abu Ishaq says that I was sitting with Abdur Rahman bin Abdullah bin Mas'ud when a man came to him and began asking about his son Qasim. He (Abdur Rahman) said: He has gone out to the wilderness since morning in search of the dhabb (spiny-tailed lizard). That person asked: Do you eat it? Abdur Rahman replied: Who has made it unlawful? I heard Abdullah bin Mas'ud radi Allahu anhu say: "Indeed, whoever makes a lawful thing unlawful is just like the one who makes an unlawful thing lawful." [المعجم الكبير : 8853 ، و سنده صحيح]
