969 - وَأَنَاهُ أَبُو عَبْدِ اللَّهِ الْمُقْرِئُ أنا النَّيْسَابُورِيُّ، أنا الْبَزَّارُ، نا عَمْرُو بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، نا مُعَاذُ بْنُ مُعَاذٍ، نا الْمَسْعُودِيُّ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ أَبِي بُرْدَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ أَبِي مُوسَى، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: «أُمَّتِي أُمَّةٌ مَرْحُومَةٌ، لَيْسَ عَلَيْهَا فِي الْآخِرَةِ عَذَابٌ، إِنَّمَا عَذَابُهَا فِي الدُّنْيَا الزَّلَازِلُ وَالْقَتْلُ»
It is narrated from Sayyiduna Abu Musa (may Allah be pleased with him) that indeed the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: "My Ummah is an Ummah upon whom mercy has been bestowed; there is no punishment for it in the Hereafter. Its punishment is only in this world in the form of earthquakes and killings."
