Brief Explanation
Explanation: By "suspicion" (bad-gumani) is meant forming an opinion or thought about someone in one’s heart without any evidence or investigation. The Noble Prophet sallallahu alayhi wa sallam has declared suspicion to be the greatest falsehood. And the curse of Allah is upon the liars, therefore one should avoid suspicion. We have been commanded to avoid falsehood and to adopt truthfulness; the result of truthfulness is Paradise, and the result of falsehood is Hell.
